I’m a former Mission/HCA employee of 18+ years and my husband was an employee for almost 25 years. I have only one thing to say here. When we both left at different times for different reasons, HCA didn’t even offer a “thank you” for our decades of service to the hospital system. This speaks volumes. If I were there I would vote for you to do whatever is best for you personally because the system truly doesn’t care. This has been my family’s personal experience, I hope it is not yours. Good luck all.
