According to the Cronomer Valley Fire Department:</p><blockquote><p>The victim was located and removed within minutes and transported to Montefiore St Lukes Hospital where he was pronounce deceased. The fire is under investigation.</p></blockquote><h2>Multiple Agencies Respond to 3 Alarm Fire in Cronomer Valley</h2><p>Just before midnight, around 11:40pm on Friday, September 13th, a passerby called in the report of flames through the roof at 6 Sarvis Lane. Cronomer Valley Fire Department, Coldenham, Plattekill, Winona Lake, Orange Lake, Goodwill, Stewart Air National Guard, Town of Newburgh EMS, Town of Newburgh Fire Department and Central Hudson were all reported on scene.
