Memphis Tigers land shooting guard PJ Carter from UTSA

The University of Memphis has shored up their shooting guard position by adding 4th-year guard PJ Carter. Carter was set to transfer from UTSA to Rice, but Memphis landed him prior to attending Fall classes at Rice.
