<body><div><figure><img src="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?type=thumbnail_580x000&amp;url=2Dm2DD_0uoPCjNf00" alt="https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=2Dm2DD_0uoPCjNf00" width="980" height="653" ><figcaption>Tanner Chambers</figcaption></figure><p>It feels like we have been waiting forever for the new Krispy Kreme to open in <a href="https://943thex.com/tags/fort-collins">Fort Collins</a>.</p><p>The announcement of the donut shop began in January of 2023 and <a href="https://k99.com/krispy-kreme-fort-collins/">construction began</a> on Fort Collins' first location in March.</p><p>If you have been looking forward to the new Krispy Kreme coming to South Mason St. we have good news for you; the wait is finally almost over.</p><h2>When Krispy Kreme in Fort Collins Will Open</h2><p>It has just been announced that Krispy Kreme will have its <a href="https://www.newsbreak.com/fort-collins-co/3549478867875-fort-collins-is-finally-getting-its-own-krispy-kreme-here-are-its-grand-opening-plans">grand opening</a> on August 13.</p><p>This comes at a great time for the donut chain because one of its main competitors, Dunkin', is <a href="https://k99.com/ixp/50/p/dunkin-fort-collins/">temporarily closed</a> for construction.</p><p>This will be the fourth Krispy Kreme location in Colorado. Krispy Kreme enthusiasts in Fort Collins, as well as Northern Colorado, had to make the trek to Thornton to satisfy their craving.
