SportsRadio 94WIP's Midday show host, Hugh Douglas visits boathouse row to talk with students and coaches of Philadelphia City Rowing (PCR) as they prepare for the Stotesbury Cup Regatta, Presented by Toyota. Learn about how PCR was created to help inner city youth get involved with the sport of rowing.

PCR believes that by providing nutrition education, mentoring, enrichment, swimming, and academic support in conjunction with a highly structured athletic program, they can improve the academic achievement, health outcomes, and personal development of their participants.
