    Are the Phillies back?

"Here's my pretty simple answer, I'm not sure," Joe DeCamara said on Monday's 94WIP Morning Show. "But I will say this, if I had to give you an answer I'm certainly not prepared to say yes."

While the Phillies lost their series opener in Kansas City on Friday due in large part to another poor outing from Taijuan Walker where he allowed eight hits and six earned runs in three innings, the Phillies scored 11 runs in back-to-back games to win two straight and Ranger Suarez looked great in his return back from the injured list on Saturday (5.0 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 6 SO, 1 BB) .

"Now, I'm encouraged with what I saw the past two days," DeCamara said. "While most people might focus on the negative with Taijuan [Walker], and I get that, to me the most important thing from the weekend by a ten fold was Ranger Suarez.

"This thing gets so much more settled down and easy if Wheeler, Nola, Ranger and Sanchez can be Wheeler, Nola, Ranger and Sanchez and that is by far my biggest takeaway from the weekend that Ranger did his job and obviously that bodes well moving forward."
