Nick Sirianni is focused on fixing two things heading into the Eagles' Week 2 game on Monday Night Football against the Atlanta Falcons: Tackling and taking care of the ball.

"Everyone needs to be self critical of themselves, including myself," Sirianni told Joe DeCamara and Jon Ritchie on Tuesday's 94WIP Morning Show.

"If it's St. Joe's Prep, if it's Temple, if it's the Philadelphia Eagles. If you don't tackle well enough, you're not going to win a lot of football games. We've got to tackle better and then we've got to take care of the ball better."

Jalen Hurts committed three turnovers in the Eagles' Week 1 34-29 win over the Packers, including two interceptions—both poor decisions. The Eagles were a minus-2 in the turnover differential department, tied for the second worst mark in the NFL for Week 1. Only five NFL teams had a worse turnover differential in 2023 than Philadelphia at minus-10 in 2023.

Ike Reese was critical of Hurts' decision making on Monday's 94WIP Afternoon Show.
