According to <a href="https://www.yelp.com/article/10-of-the-most-haunted-restaurants-2024">yelp.com</a> here's why.</p><p><a href="https://www.turners-seafood.com/salem-ma">Turner's Seafood at Lyceum Hall</a> stands on the site where Bridget Bishop, the first person executed during the 1692 Salem witch trials, once lived. Bishop was accused of witchcraft and hanged, and some believe her spirit still lingers at this spot.</p><p>This Salem, Massachusetts restaurant has an eerie reputation because of its ties to the witch trial during Puritan times.</p><p>Over the years, staff and patrons have reported a range of paranormal activity inside Turner’s Seafood. Cold spots, disembodied voices, and unexplained shadows are commonly mentioned, creating an unsettling atmosphere for some guests.</p><p>One of the most frequently cited occurrences involves the feeling of being watched, particularly near the stairs and basement areas. Some visitors have even claimed to see the apparition of a woman dressed in 17th-century attire—believed to be the ghost of Bridget Bishop herself.</p><p>In addition to Bishop’s rumored presence, there have been other inexplicable events at the restaurant.
