If you have yet to nominate someone be sure to do it after you read more about our September 2024 Wolf Den of Heroes Inductee.</p><h2>Wolf Den Inductee for September 2024 Being Honored</h2><p>John "Luke" Lucariello was Nominated by Paul Tompkins a fellow first responder at the <a href="https://www.romboutfire.com/">Rombout Fire Company</a>. In Paul's nomination, he told us that John joined Rombout Fire Co. in 1981.</p><blockquote><p>His hard work and dedication to Rombout Volunteer Fire Co is outstanding. Not only does he do most of the firehouse cooking for the Breakfast &amp; Catering events, he rose to the Chief's position several times starting in 1991 as 2nd Assistant Chief. He has been through the ranks of Assistants &amp; Chief ever since. He just finished up a term as Chief on Jan 1 and is currently the 2nd Assistant again working his way back up the ladder. It's hard to find Volunteers in General let alone one as dedicated as John. They do so much for us and leave their families at a moment's notice to help out our neighbors in need.</p><p>We decided the least we could do is give them the spotlight on Wakin' Up With CJ and Jess and social media as a 'thank you' for all they do.</p><p>Then, our partners at Mental Health America Dutchess County and Mid Hudson Pump jumped on board with their support and because of them each month the first responder who becomes the Wolf Den Inductee receives a gift of $250.</p><h2>Top Steak Dinner Restaurants in the Hudson Valley</h2><p>Sometimes you just want to go out for a steak Check out this list of top Hudson Valley Steak Restaurants I put together for you.
