In fact, they're hiring roughly 400 new employees to keep up the demand of the orders they've taken in for their turbines - more than 700 orders next year alone.</p><p>As energy technology advances, obviously so does the demand for products like these and thus, people are needed to help get the job done.</p><p>The company says they need to load up on able staff to assist with the production and fulfilling the orders, not only for just next year but for the long term, foreseeable future.</p><p>Two positions in particular are available: Production Team Member I and Production Team Member II. The former does not require any manufacturing experience, while the latter does.</p><p>Vestas is not only hiring for their Windsor plant, but also their Brighton location as well.
