This is why we need construction in this country to be prompt.... It's f****** ridiculous.How long the government allows these people to shut down lanes, affecting traffic flow and causing incidences like this.Because obviously they weren't paying attention, but on a regular road, it would have been okay.... And for all you people that don't understand there's a lot of corruption with these road, companies a lot, you need to look into it
