they absolutely do need it, cell coverage saves lives in remote areas, denying critical infrastructure because it looks a little ugly is the dumbest thing I've ever heard! I don't like the way power transformers and telephone poles look but I know what they're there for!

some of my family used to live there and it was beautiful cuz we can go to the sand dunes anytime we wanted to I don't know why people are so dumb that they're scared of a cell tower it only benefits the people other than the people that make money off the usage of the Tower but now you're going to get better signal to everybody that's a good thing if you're worried about an eye sore in a town almost nobody ever goes to I doubt that's an issue only some pacify is going to the Great Sand Dunes I don't see a need for a lawsuit at all it's pretty ridiculous and I don't see how they could possibly win winning is to accept the tower and use it for benefits and hopefully wherever it's located is on somebody's private property and they make money from it and then after a period of time that person will actually own it and can bill whatever they want or even take it down if they wanted to after that said time I can't believe people are so so unhappy this day and age
