Before I watched the video I had similar thoughts to other commenters but after watching the whole thing I'm incredibly sympathetic and she doesn't blame anyone, she just wants to help prevent similar horrific deaths of people AND animals. If this was 91 or 24 or elsewhee in the rutal mountains where I live I'd question it, but I was just on 85 exactly in this area last weekend for the first time in 10+ years and it is SO populated now. It makes sense.
