    Just great! How many other convictions are going to be overturned because this judge used a pathetic and flawed way to explain "reasonable doubt" to jurors?! Now a man who should have never seen the light of day outside of prison is now only serving 48 years which could easily mean he'll get out in half that for good behavior. I bet the family members of the victims feel like they have been victimized all over again!
