    The monument proponents claim it's unprotected, that is false. Other than claiming that it will protect the area, no one can state what the NM designation would change in its current use... other than restricting access to the vast public lands of the area. So whether the 'existing mining claims' and existing grazing leases' are left unchanged, it the miners/ranchers can''t get TO those sites... they don't have claims or leases anymore. It's more false/misleading statements from the environmentalists. They want to people in the wild areas. All part of the 30x30 project, and a gross misuse of the Antiquities Act.
