Revised Plan Calls for 23-Story Tower Downtown
A local developer is bringing a revised plan for a significant new mixed-use development to the Downtown Commission next week. The previous plan, which was heard by the board last year, called for a 19-story, 180-unit building near the intersection of East Rich and South Fourth Streets. The new plan calls for a 23-story, 290-unit building on an expanded footprint, meaning that more existing buildings would need to be demolished to make way for the project.
