Hollywood Comes To Plymouth: Filming of "At The Sea" Starring Amy Adams Announced

The Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce has revealed that Plymouth will be one of the next filming locations for the film ‘At The Sea’. The film, which stars the acclaimed actress Amy Adams, centers on the character Laura (played by Adams) as she navigates her life post-rehabilitation.

According to Derek Brindisi, the Town Manager of Plymouth, the filming is scheduled for Tuesday, July 16th, from approximately 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Brindisi shared, "We are pleased to announce that Plymouth will be hosting a film production event by At The Sea Productions!" He added that the community should be prepared for some temporary disruptions, particularly around Court Street, where "some parking spaces will be blocked and access to the sidewalks and road travel will be limited from time to time on Court Street in the vicinity of North Street to Chilton Street." Additionally, there will be some filming at the Town Pier. Brindisi assured residents that representatives from the filming company will be present to address any questions or concerns.

The filming of “At The Sea” is a unique opportunity for Plymouth to shine on the big screen and adds a touch of excitement to the town's usual activities.
