5th Annual Hazleton Children's Festival: Free Fun & Entertainment for Kids!

The Hazleton Area Children's Festival is back for its 5th year, promising a day full of FREE activities and entertainment for kids of all ages. This highly anticipated event will be held on Sunday, August 25th, from 11 AM to 6 PM at the Hazle Township Community Park. The festival will take place rain or shine, and with plenty of parking available, families can look forward to a hassle-free day of fun.

Confirmed Activities and Vendors:

• Caricatures: Have a fun and unique portrait drawn by a talented artist.
• Balloon Artist: Watch as colorful balloons are twisted into fantastic shapes.
• Face Painting: Let your child become a tiger, butterfly, or any character they choose.
• Henna Tattoos: Enjoy beautiful, temporary henna designs.
• Bounce House: Kids can jump to their hearts' content in a safe, inflatable environment.
• Rock Wall with Bungees: An exciting climbing experience (closed-toe shoes required).
• Petting Zoo: Get up close and personal with friendly animals.
• Video Game Trailer: Enjoy a modern gaming experience on wheels.
• Touch a Truck: Explore big trucks and emergency vehicles up close.

In addition to these activities, the festival will feature a Foam Party from 1 PM to 4 PM and will conclude with fireworks at 8:30 PM.

Families can also participate in a Scavenger Hunt with a chance to win a $500 Kalahari Gift Card. The event is hosted by Hazleton POWER, ensuring a well-organized and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
