This Restaurant has Been Named the Best "Under the Radar" Spot in California

The editors over at Cheapism understand that, and that's why they've compiled a list of the most underrated spot in each state.

They've checked reviews on sites like Yelp and TripAdvisor along with local news articles to find the best-kept secret in every state and the most underrated spot in California is none other than Denica's Real Food Kitchen.

Denica's can be found just off I-580 in Livermore. They also operate a location 8 miles west in the town of Dublin and Castro Valley.

Denica's has been a cozy family-owned spot since 1999 that specializes in delicious comfort food staples like pancakes, cinnamon rolls, and unique egg plates like their Hawaiian inspired King Kamehameha Loco Moco which consists of angus prime ribeye and sticky rice covered in 3 eggs and ono brown gravy.

It can get crowded here on weekends but patrons can revel in the bakery's freshly made treats as they stand in line, serves are known to offer up samples to make the wait go by faster.

Another interesting aspect to Denica's is that you can also self serve yourself drinks, chips and salsa while you wait for your order along their salsa bar.
