A 53-year-old man from Douglas was recently arrested after local drug detectives executed a search warrant at an apartment in the Crown Villas complex. According to a preliminary report from the Coffee County Drug Unit, detectives conducted the search on June 27 based on prior cocaine purchases made at the location. Upon entry, detectives found Alyn Franklyn, identified as a black male, in the master bedroom.
