The Miami Dolphins get their slate of organized football games going on Friday night at Hard Rock Stadium when they host the Atlanta Falcons in their preseason opener.

Although the Dolphins will likely rest most if not all of their starters for the game, there is still a ton to learn from the contest.  The Dolphins' coaching staff will look to see how the players further down the depth chart fare on the field.  Both sides of the line of scrimmage will see positional battles, particularly at the guard spots and at defensive tackle.

Of course, for fans wanting to watch the game, that's not always as easy to do as it is in the regular season with the Sunday NFL Ticket, particularly for those fans living outside of Florida.  For those living in Florida, per 506Sports.com , there will be local broadcasts in various parts of the state.

The game kicks off around 7:00 pm ET on Friday night with Steve Goldstein and Kim Bokamper on the call, per 506 Sports.  The game will be broadcast on TV in the following markets:

    • WFOR (CBS/4 - Miami)
    • WHDT (9 - West Palm Beach)
    • WINK (CBS/11 - Fort Myers)WFTV (ABC/9 - Orlando)
    • KHON (FOX/2 - Honolulu)
    • NFL Network (HOU / PIT markets)

The game will also be on locally in Georgia and Alabama in the following markets with Justin Kutcher and D.J. Shockley on the call:

    • WAGA (FOX/5 - Atlanta)
    • WRDW (CBS/12 - Augusta GA)
    • WTVM (ABC/9 - Columbus GA)
    • WTOC (CBS/11 - Savannah)
    • WALB (ABC/10.2 - Albany GA)
    • WBRC (FOX/6 - Birmingham)
    • WAFF (Circle/48.3 - Huntsville AL)
    • WTVY (CBS/4 - Dothan AL)

For those fans who are out of those areas, the game is still available to be seen on the NFL+ app.
