The final week of the preseason is on the horizon. For the New Orleans Saints , they will host the Tennessee Titans to conclude their exhibition play.

The Saints have a plethora of position battles still to be decided, including starter at kicker and left guard. The defensive line is a work in progress when it comes to Week 1 starters as well.

The final preseason game will play a role in how the Saints roll out their roster to begin the regular season. Don't miss it.

How to watch New Orleans Saints vs. Tennessee Titans

    • Date: Sunday, August 25, 2024
    • Time: 1:00 p.m. CT
    • Location: Caesars Superdome (New Orleans, LA)
    • Watch on: NFL Network

Joel Meyers and John Stinchcomb will have the local broadcast for the Saints on WVUE in New Orleans. In Nashville , Paul Burmeister and Charles Davis will have the call on WKRN.

As for nationally, NFL Network will be the best source to catch the final game of the two teams' preseason schedules. NFL+ will be the streaming option to seek out if you want to watch the game online.

3 storylines to watch for in Saints-Titans

New Orleans kicker battle heats up

Balke Grupe got all of the field goal/extra point action for the Saints against the 49ers. He made a 52-yarder and his XP try. Expect Charlie Smyth to get some reps against Tennessee. He was on fire in warm-ups before the SF game and has had some bright moments in camp.

Final push for roster spots in Saints secondary

Rico Payton, Roderic Teamer, and others headline this position battle in the secondary. Both safety and cornerback needs depth players to step up. Jordan Howden also may need to impress if he wants to start opposite Tyrann Mathieu to begin the regular season.

Can the Saints stay healthy to finish preseason play?

Injuries continue to pile up for New Orleans. They need to be extra careful with key pieces of their roster against Tennessee. I'd be surprised to see many snaps from any starters in black and gold.
