The Tennessee Titans are reportedly trading free safety Elijah Molden to the Los Angeles Chargers in exchange for a late-round draft pick, according to Ian Rapoport.

Molden started eight games for the Titans last season, but with the additions of safeties Quandre Diggs and Jamal Adams, he had dropped a couple of pegs on the depth chart. The Draft Network's Justin Melo reports that Molden was unhappy with the Titans, which is what triggered the trade.

General manager Ran Carthon has now made three trades in three days. The Titans sent Malik Willis to Green Bay in exchange for a seventh-round pick. Just yesterday, Carthon managed to land stud linebacker Ernest Jones IV in a trade with the Los Angeles Rams. Now the Titans have recouped some value with Molden on the move.

In three seasons with Tennessee, Molden recorded 140 tackles, eight passes defensed, five tackles for loss, two interceptions (both returned for a touchdown), two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries.

Drafted in the the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Molden now becomes the seventh member of his Titans draft class to move on. The last remaining member from former general manager Jon Robinson's draft class from hell is Dillon Radunz, who will start at right guard this fall.
