Sooners QB Jackson Arnold just showed that there isn’t much he can’t do on the football field in a unique way

There isn't much that Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Jackson Arnold can't do. Sure, this is his first game against the Temple Owls, but after an impressive game, we know what he can be and what he is.

He has great ball placement, is comfortable in the pocket, and can scramble if needed. Let's also not forget that Arnold is wise beyond his years, as he sounds like a veteran or a senior just by his mindset.

Arnold played great and will be a real weapon for the Sooners, and can be a Heisman candidate over the next three years. There isn't much he can't do. You know those kids in school, that everything they touched they were good at, even if they never did it before? Yeah, that's Arnold.

Arnold was not just a local star; he was recognized nationally. He won the Gatorade National Player of the Year, the Landry Award for the top high school football player in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and was MVP of the Elite 11 quarterback competition.

His recruitment was highly competitive, with him committing to Oklahoma over numerous other offers, which speaks to his status as one of the top quarterback prospects in his class.

And, he did something else in the win over Temple on Friday that shows there is more he can do than just running and throwing the ball as the quarterback. On a fourth down, the Sooners lined up as if they were about to go for it, then, out of nowhere, Arnold punts the ball as the quarterback, and pins the Owls on the five-yard line, for one of the better QB punts you will ever see.

There really isn't much that Jackson Arnold cannot do on the football field, and he proved that in a very unique way that ended up helping the defense. And, he's already proving doubters wrong.
