Tennessee football drops must-watch video of Vols QB Nico Iamaleava

Tennessee Vols redshirt freshman quarterback Nico Iamaleava's first start in Neyland Stadium couldn't have gone much better.

The California native passed for 314 yards and three touchdowns in just a half of action (the 314 yards is a UT record for passing yards in a half) in a 69-3 win against Chattanooga.

Iamaleava looked every bit like a former five-star recruit who was rated by On3 as the No. 1 overall player in the 2023 recruiting class. He was accurate, poised, showed great field vision, and kept attacking even when it was clear that Tennessee was going to earn a blowout victory.

On Tuesday, Tennessee's social media team dropped an incredible video that recaps Iamaleava's first home start.

A new era of Tennessee football has arrived. And based on Iamaleava's first start, it's going to be a lot fun for Vols fans.
