    Alabama Crimson Tide NFL stars eclipse the $1 billion mark in new contracts this offseason after Patrick Surtain extension

    There's no doubt the Alabama Crimson Tide are well-represented throughout the NFL. After producing 47 first-round picks under Nick Saban, the Tide's reached another historic mark this NFL offseason. Just this offseason, former Alabama football players have made over $1 billion in new contracts.

    On Wednesday, Denver Broncos star cornerback Patrick Surtain II landed a $96 million deal. This was the 10th deal worth at least $12 million per year for Alabama alumni since March.
