The Pittsburgh Steelers wrapped day two of Week 1 prep for the Atlanta Falcons, with only a fast Friday left before a travel day on Saturday and Sunday's kickoff.

Looking to build off a promising report from Wednesday, the Steelers and especially QB Russell Wilson took a massive step back.

More on that and everyone else on Thursday's injury report:

Steelers Week 1 Injury Report (Thursday)

    Steelers Takeaways:

    • QB Russell Wilson: The headliner and most concerning of anyone listed here, the starting QB self-reported calf tightness yet again, with Coach Tomlin limiting his activity "out of precaution." Limited is better than DNP but the situation bears monitoring nonetheless
    • TE Darnell Washington : Beinng added to the report with a knee, a DNP on Thursday is never a good sign but we will await Friday's final report
    • CB Cory Trice Jr : Trice is slated to be the team's third-best corner heading into the year and could see usage in lighter personnel groupings throughout the season. His return to full capacity is a good sign.
    • RB Jaylen Warren : After suffering a hamstring injury in the preseason, Warren's availability was up in the air in terms of Week 1. Limited participation is obviously not full, but it's a positive trend to see him return in full capacity
    • DT Logan Lee : Lee was a surprise keep on the final 53-man roster, but the rookie could play a key role in the D-Line rotation. A DNP label forecasts doubt on his regular-season debut
    • LG Isaac Seumalo : It's well documented by now, but Seualo will be out for the foreseeable future (around 3-4 weeks) with his pec injury
    • OT Troy Fautanu : Looking to throw a wrench in the Steelers' plans at OT, Fautanu could be in line for a start if he continues to progress through the week, the fact that he is practicing in full capacity is a good sign for his regular-season debut.
    • WR Roman Wilson : Wilson is on pace to return to action and make his Steelers debut as he has shredded the walking boot and finds himself in practice. Still limited, Friday will be the final determinant in his availability.

    Falcons Takeaways:

    • TE Kyle Pitts : Pitts aims to get back to his rookie season contribution for Atlanta with a new scheme, QB, and overall situation. If he's unavailable for the Falcons, their arsenal is depleted, but Pitts went on social media last night to let everyone know he would be ready for Sunday
