Optimism is high among the Arizona Cardinals fanbase for the 2024 season.

Quarterback Kyler Murray finally had a healthy offseason, allowing him to train hard and work on the fine details of his game. Murray took to X (Twitter) on Friday to share a highlight video of some of his summer workouts.

You can watch the full video entitled "My Insane 100 hour summer bootcamp" on Murray's new YouTube channel . It is the first of multiple episodes still to come, featuring Murray and several of his teammates working out and doing drills during a grueling four-day minicamp.

Murray is striving to play a full season for the first time since 2020. He missed the final three weeks of the 2022 season after tearing his ACL in Week 14, causing him to also miss the first nine weeks of the 2023 season. Murray went 3-5 in eight starts last year but appeared to settle in nicely in the final two weeks, completing 77 percent of his passes for 494 yards and four touchdowns.

It's reasonable to believe that Murray can at least get back to the form he had early in his career if he stays healthy. It's also possible that he has the best year of his career. Not only is he healthy and in great shape, but Arizona has surrounded him with some legitimate weapons.

The Cardinals drafted Marvin Harrison Jr. with the fifth overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, who is one of the best wide receiver prospects coming out of college in recent memory. They also drafted elusive pass-catching running back Trey Benson in the third round, who will complement starter James Conner nicely.

Trey McBride had a breakout year in 2023 and should cement himself as one of the best tight ends in the league this season. Guys such as Greg Dortch and Michael Wilson make for good depth at receiver, giving Murray possibly the most talented offense he's ever had. Not to be forgotten is Murray's rushing skills and ability to throw accurately on the run.

The Cardinals begin the season with a road matchup against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
