Oklahoma Sooners legend hilariously figured out what will take Jackson Arnold's game to the next level

The Oklahoma Sooners showed a much better effort on the offensive side of the ball in their win over Tulane. The first two weeks, against two bad FBS teams, were not good. They scored pretty much because of great field position, and not really driving the length of the field.

The defense, though, has been incredible. They are on a whole other level, and as Tulane head coach Jon Sumrall said after the game, they are one of the best defenses I have ever seen. But, defense won't always outright win you the game, especially in the SEC.

Part of the offensive issues have been injuries, as the offensive line is banged up at every position, and the wide receiver room is missing several key guys. Another issue is Jackson Arnold, the sophomore starting quarterback, just not playing well enough.

Well, one Oklahoma Sooners legend, Gerald McCoy, a former defensive lineman for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Carolina Panthers, Las Vegas Raiders, and Dallas Cowboys, has the perfect reason for why he has struggled, and how he can get better.

It's too funny, and, let's just say, if you know, you know.

I figured it out. Jackson Arnold grows a full beard he’s gonna win the Heisman. It’s his mustache that is the problem.

This is just too funny, and of course, Arnold had to play better, too.

The Sooners are set to face Tennessee next week, for their first-ever SEC game. Let's hope an even better version of Arnold shows up, maybe with a full face of hair.
