Georgia Bulldogs starting quarterback Carson Beck and starting right guard Tate Ratledge are dealing with injuries following Week 3's 13-12 win over Kentucky.

Graham Coffey of Dawgs Central reports that Beck suffered a shoulder injury in the game, though the injury is not significant enough to where he will miss playing time.

"Beck suffered an AC joint sprain in his non-throwing shoulder in the victory. Sources described the injury as “minor” on Monday afternoon," Coffery writes.

"Georgia fans held their collective breath when Beck was seen holding his left shoulder awkwardly after falling on his elbow at the end of a 7-yard run on Georgia’s final drive of the night. The injury can be treated with rest and therapy, and he is not expected to miss any time."

Beck struggled against Kentucky's defense as he completed 15 of 24 passes for just 160 yards in the victory. He will take the bye week to rest and recuperate before heading to Tuscaloosa in Week 5 to face Alabama.

Ratledge on the other hand is dealing with a more significant injury and will undergo TightRope surgery, per Coffey.

"Ratledge will undergo TightRope surgery to repair a high ankle sprain. He suffered a sprained MCL on the same play and both injuries were to his left leg," Coffey writes.

Sources tell Coffey that Ratledge's recovery could take an "estimated" six to eight weeks. That means he could be back in time for November's matchup against Florida.

Georgia had redshirt junior Micah Morris step in for Ratledge on Saturday.
