Now, recruitment rankings aren't the end all be all, but, they are great for fans and media to base how the next year will be in terms of the new additions. For the Oklahoma Sooners, they are right there with the best teams in college football for the 2025 class.

Well, they were, they may very well fall a bit off now. On Monday night, they got a big surprise, and let's just say it's not a good kind of surprise.

One of the better commits they landed this offseason, Floyd Dawens Boucard, a four-star defensive tackle from the Miami area, who committed to the Sooners in mid-July, has now decommitted from the Sooners.

According to 247 Sports , USC, Alabama, Arkansas State, and Miami are the other teams he could commit to.

Trent Wilson and Ka'Mori Moore are now the two defensive tackle commits for the class, which, isn't great. Maybe they go for one more guy if it's not already too late.

The Sooners will be fine, though, as they have some really young guys on defense who are already playing big-time snaps, such as guys like Jayden Jackson, who is a true freshman starting at defensive tackle. The Sooners will be great.
