We are entering week four of college football, which is a lighter slate of top games. There are still a lot of interesting matchups, including strange lines, over-unders, and some money lines. On the latest episode of Good, Bettor, Bets , betting guru Mike Donzuso and myself put out some best bets of the week.

This episode title might as well be called “Take the Underdogs.” There are some huge lines this week, and we are pushing for parity. Here are the top lines that could help you make some money this weekend.

    Arkansas at (24) Texas A&M - Razorbacks +3.5

So far this season, Arkansas has been worlds better than the previous season. There seems to be some energy behind the program right now, which is huge for head coach Sam Pittman, who entered the year on the hot seat. For Texas A&M, they are playing solid football but they do seem to lack big play ability on both sides of the football. That does lead to a potentially lower scoring game, which feels like it lends more toward the Razorbacks. It wouldn’t be shocking if they win outright.

Minnesota at (12) Michigan - Golden Gophers +9.5

Michigan is coming off of a tremendous victory over USC last weekend, led by running back Kalel Mullings, who powered the offense down the stretch. While it was a big win, the question over sustainability does need to be raised. You aren’t going to consistently win football games while throwing for just 32 yards. Minnesota boasts a good defense, and should do enough offensively to keep this one respectable. The Wolverines will most certainly win, but taking the points with an offense this unbalanced feels wise.

    Wisconsin at (13) USC - Badgers +15

Could USC have a small hangover coming off of that heartbreaking loss last weekend to Michigan? That’s what we are counting on. Wisconsin is also a team that aims to shorten football games, and limit possessions for the opponent. The Badgers haven’t been overly impressive this season but 15 points feels like a lot. Can Miller Moss and the Trojans come locked in after last week? It’s something to monitor.

South Alabama at (14) LSU - Jaguars +22

The LSU Tigers have been a wildly inconsistent thing so far this year, and have proceeded to play down to the level of competition. South Alabama is a tough team, who is getting better very quickly. On offense, they are led by quarterback Gio Lopez, and star freshman running back Fluff Bothwell. That offense should be able to do enough against the Tigers defense, which has been an underwhelming unit so far. LSU will score, but South Alabama has the firepower to keep it close enough.
