Not even 100 degree temperatures match what Eagles HC Nick Sirianni is facing right now

It was 94 degrees in Tampa Bay today, however, the weather app said it felt like 105 degrees as the Philadelphia Eagles fell embarrassingly 33-16 to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

While that's a hot temperature, it's not as hot as Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni's seat is heading into Week 5's bye.

The Eagles have not looked like a good football team even in the two games that they have won so far.

But Sunday was the worst.

At one point, the Eagles had 0 yards on offense while the Bucs had already outgained them by 255 yards in the second quarter. In total, the Eagles' defense gave up 445 yards and four touchdowns to Tampa.

Philly's offensive line allowed six sacks on Jalen Hurts, who was 18-for-29 for 158 yards with a touchdown and two fumbles. Hurts has now had a turnover in all four games this season with seven total.

Additionally, the Eagles beat themselves on special teams.

Heading into the matchup, Hurts said earlier in the weak that the team was still trying to find their "nucleus."

"This is a new team," Hurts said. "We have a new group. And I think about the most important thing, not the past, not the future, but what about right now? And I think about the identity of this football team we have, and I can't tell you what that is. I can't tell you what that is, because we haven't had our nucleus together to really go out there and create that."

While there are some new faces and two new coordinators, establishing their identity was something that they would have been better doing during the offseason and preseason. Now, here we are, five weeks into the season with more than a week's worth of mistakes to figure out and the team's identity.

This isn't necessarily a Hurts problem, but definitely falls on Mr. "C-E-O" Sirianni, who is still calling plays.

Ultimately, the Eagles were not supposed to look worse than last season and they already do. The only silver lining is that their schedule gets easier after the bye but they're a beatable team and if the Bucs can figure them out-- then anyone can.
