The Indianapolis Colts will be without eight starters against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 5.

So, it will truly be a next man up type of game for the Colts. But before this one kicks off, let's take a look at the official inactive players list for both teams.

    Colts Week 5 inactive players

The Colts' inactive list for Week 5 is star-studded. In addition to the three starters already on the IR, the team made five additional starters inactive. Veterans Kenny Moore II, Kwity Paye, and Ryan Kelly will miss their second consecutive game. And joining them this week is starting QB Anthony Richardson and star RB Jonathan Taylor. So today is going to be one in which typical rotational players are going to have to step up if the team is going to overcome the odds and finally get a win in Jacksonville. Below are the players I expect to start for the missing starters.

Anthony Richardson OUT = Joe Flacco IN
Jonathan Taylor OUT = Trey Sermon IN
Ryan Kelly OUT = Tanor Bortolini IN
Kenny Moore II ( And Brents on IR ) OUT = Samuel Womack III & Chris Lammons IN
Kwity Paye ( And Tyquan Lewis on IR ) OUT = Laiatu Latu and Dayo Odeyingbo IN

    Jaguars Week 5 inactive players

Compared to the Colts inactives, the Jaguars have a pretty clean report. They will be without starting tight end Evan Engram, which is a bigger deal than some realize. With him out, the team will continue to use Brenton Strange as their starting TE. However, their biggest question mark heading into this week was whether or not star edge rusher Josh Hines-Allen would be able to clear the NFL's concussion protocol. He officially did Saturday with the team, announcing he no longer had a questionable status for Week 5.
