Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison's court date stemming from his arrest for driving under the influence was postponed until Tuesday, December 3rd. It was originally scheduled for Monday, October 7th, the day after the Vikings 23-17 win over the New York Jets in London, England

It was a tumultuous July for the Vikings. Before Addison's arrest, they had lost rookie cornerback Khyree Jackson to a tragic car accident. It was a difficult time for the organization.

Addison was charged with two misdemeanors :

    • Driving under the influence of alcohol
    • Driving with a blood-alcohol content (BAC) over California's legal limit of 0.08

If Addison is convicted of these charges, he could face up to six months in jail and/or a suspension of his drivers license for up to six months and up to $2,000 in fines.

Moving the court date back likely doesn't mean anything other than Addison and his team asked for it to be moved back due to his job being a hindrance to show up in court.
