    Eagles trending toward full health ahead of Week 6 Browns matchup

    The Philadelphia Eagles (2-2) wrapped up practice on Thursday afternoon as they prepare to face the Cleveland Browns (1-4), and everyone participated in some capacity.

    Starting wide receivers A.J. Brown (hamstring) and DeVonta Smith (concussion) and starting right tackle Lane Johnson (concussion) were full participants for the second day in a row.

    The only player on the injury report who remained limited was linebacker Nakobe Dean (ankle).

    Eagles Week 6 Injury Report Observations

    • All 52 of 53 players on the Eagles roster practice on Wednesday and Thursday.
    • Lane Johnson has been cleared from concussion protocol and will play on Sunday.
    • DeVonta Smith has not been fully cleared from concussion protocol but is trending toward playing.
    • A.J. Brown, who has not played in four weeks, was spotted wearing a knee brace at practice on Wednesday.
    • Head coach Nick Sirianni would not confirm yet if Smith, Brown or Johnson would 100% be available on Sunday against Cleveland.
    • Nakobe Dean's ankle injury is new to the injury report and is something to monitor.
    • It's unclear if rookie wide receiver Johnny Wilson has cleared concussion protocol but he has been practicing.
    • Safety Sydney Brown returned to practice after rehabbing an ACL injury he suffered last season. The Eagles plan to ease him back into the lineup.
    • Rookie wide receiver Ainias Smith also returned to practice for the first time this season since injuring his ankle in the preseason.
    • The Eagles have 21 days to activate Brown off the PUP list and Smith off Injured Reserve.
