Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis just killed any pipe dream opposing fan bases may have

The Las Vegas Raiders have their trade issue out of the way with Davante Adams, who is now a member of the 2-4 New York Jets, who, you could say, have worse issues going on than the Raiders do. But, that's a different conversation for a different day.

Now, with the trade deadline nearing, there could be some Raiders players who hear their names swirling around the rumor mill. One of those players will be, of course, Maxx Crosby. There are a ton of teams in the league that need another star player to complete their team so they can make a run at a title. So, in that aspect, it makes sense.

However, that's not happening, not anytime soon.

I understand the Raiders are having some issues of their own like they continue to lose to teams they should beat. The loss to the Carolina Panthers is the first that comes to mind one that could sway players away from the culture they are setting and building.

That's similar to what happened last season when the Raiders lost to the Chicago Bears before the loss to the Detroit Lions, which was the last game that Josh McDaniels coached.

But for Crosby, everyone wants him, and everyone thinks they will be able to trade for him. Raiders owner Mark Davis shut that down real quick.

"Oh no, I want to trade Maxx today," Davis joked at fall meetings. "It's unfortunate today, but there's so much outside chatter that is not true. It's not coming from any sources. It's not coming from anything. ... It's just not happening."

Maxx Crosby isn't going anywhere. People think the clip of him shoving linebackers coach Mike Caldwell during the loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers is a sign that he wants out, and it's not.

That's a love push, according to him. He was hyped up after a sack. And then after the game, after a terrible loss that is, he tweeted out that he is a part of Raider Nation forever.

It's not happening. But, I get why everyone wants the best defensive player in the league. Crosny will get ready to take on the Los Angeles Rams and then the Kansas City Chiefs.

Wait, you lose to a team and the players are having second thoughts, instead of looking their bum asses in the mirror, man get rid of all these scrubs.
