Welcome to Week 8 of the NFL season and Week 8 of our expert picks. This week doesn't really feature any marquee matchups, but there are some low key games to be excited about. Here's what we're watching.

In the offseason the Raiders did this thing where they made fun of Patrick Mahomes using a Kermit the Frog doll. Now it should be fun to see how Mahomes and the Chiefs respond to that.

The Cowboys and the 49ers are both having really bad seasons right now, but here's a matchup where something has to give for one of them. It almost feels like the loser of this one doesn't head back to the playoffs.

The most interesting game this week though is first overall pick Caleb Williams and the Bears going up against second overall pick Jayden Daniels and the Commanders. Both of these teams are springily good right now. This might be a banger.
