What Chiefs' Travis Kelce said in the tunnel after the game will make Raiders fans mad, but he isn't wrong

The Las Vegas Raiders have once again lost to the Kansas City Chiefs. Sure, you can point to the Christmas Day win last year for the silver and black, but where did that get each team? The Raiders still didn't make the playoffs, and the Chiefs won back-to-back Super Bowls.

These two teams hate one another. There's no secret there, and if you need evidence, watch that Christmas Day game, and watch the game where Maxx Crosby and Patrick Mahomes quite literally butt heads with each other. There is no love lost.

But, even so, the fire is still there despite the Chiefs winning 17 of the last 20 matchups. That includes Patrick Mahomes being 11-2 against the Raiders. Mahomes is 5-0 in Allegiant Stadium against the Raiders.

This isn't an article about hyping up the Chiefs, though. This is an article to inform you about the history between these two teams, and while the Raiders have continuously fallen short, the games are almost always competitive.

They even were on Sunday, as they lost 27-20.

And after the game, tight end Travis Kelce entered the tunnel and started to talk some trash.

"We run this town," Kelce said.

    And, he isn't wrong.

The Chiefs have never lost a game they played in Las Vegas. As I said earlier, they are 5-0 against the Raiders in Allegiant Stadium. They are also 1-0 in the Super Bowl that just happened in Las Vegas.

So, until the Raiders beat them at home, that statement is true. And, the Raiders only have themselves to blame for that. Their quarterback issue, among the other offensive issues, hasn't helped the Raiders this year, So, they won't be able to try and change that until 2025.

The Raiders will play the Cincinnati Bengals next, followed by the Miami Dolphins , Denver Broncos , Chiefs again, and then Tampa Bay Buccaneers . Their schedule is about to get very tough, and it's only going to make their chances at getting a guy like Cam Ward or Shedeur Sanders even better.

The Chiefs play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next, followed by the Broncos, Buffalo Bills, and Carolina Panthers.
