Suspect in Double Fatal Marinette Crash Appears in Court
MARINETTE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The suspect in a double-fatal traffic crash made an initial court appearance Monday. Scott Mathis, 46, faces two counts of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.
