    Coroner called, roadway shut down after crash on U.S. Route 30 in western York County

    The York County Coroner was alerted after a vehicle crash outside of Abbottstown on Route 30 Monday evening, according to 911 records.

    Firefighters were called to the scene in the 7000 block of Lincoln Highway, U.S. Route 30, in Paradise Township around 8:16 p.m. on Monday, July 22, 2024, according to York County 911 records.

    The scene is just east of Abbottstown, between School House Road and Lake Road.

    According to 511PA, all lanes of Route 30 have been shut down between the Abbottstown circle and Lake Road.

    The York County Coroner's office has since been added to the incident.

    Further details were not yet available.
