Odessa pools to open this weekend: here’s when they will be open

ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – The City of Odessa will be opening City pools this weekend, as temperatures continue to rise across the Basin.

The Sherwood Family Aquatic Center and the Woodson Family Aquatic Center will both be open on Saturday, May 25.

Both locations will be open from 1pm to 7pm. The Sherwood Aquatic Center will be closed on Tuesdays and the Woodson Aquatic Center will be closed on Thursdays.

Admission for both pools is four dollars for adults, $2.50 for children, and free for ages 11 months and under, as well as seniors 65 and up.

The City said Floyd Gwin Pool and the splash pads will open at a later date, as those remain under maintenance to ensure safety.
