BAILEY COUNTY, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – Crews in Bailey County were busy cleaning up a train that derailed due to high winds, Tuesday night.

The Bailey County Sheriff’s Office said the straight-line winds that moved through were so strong they knocked the train off the tracks, about two miles south of Muleshoe. A number of those rail cars were for Amazon.

Part of Highway 84 was closed so crews could clean everything up. Luckily, nobody was hurt.
