    After a community anticipated wait, Chicken Salad Chick Opens in Midland

    MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- Chicken Salad Chick officially opened its doors on Wednesday, October 2 nd , in Midland.

    Chicken Salad Chick was founded in 2008 and stands as the nation’s only fast-casual restaurant dedicated to exclusively serving chicken salad. With over 250 locations in the country, Midland is now included in that number.

    While pursuing their mission of “Spreading Joy, Enriching Lives and Serving Others,” Chicken Salad Chick offers a variety of chicken salad combinations like the Classic Carol, Barbie-Q and Olivia’s Old South. Customers can expect a range of additives, from grapes and fuji apples to sweet pickles and pecans.

    In addition to chicken salad, the classic is also served in a BLT, salad and turkey club, all paired with a pickle spear. Customers can also complement the meals with a selection of desserts such as white chocolate cake or a buttercream frosted flower cookie.

    The Midland location offered FREE chicken salad for a year to the first 100 customers at Wednesday’s grand opening.

    Chicken Salad Chick in Midland is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and closed on Sundays, located at 200 Spring Park Dr, Suite 300.
