ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – Odessa College is celebrating as it said it is on track to break the record enrollment of 10,000 students for the fall semester, adding that this is history in the making for the school.

“Today we’re celebrating the fact that we’re on the cusp of serving 10,000 credit students in a fall semester, which is the largest fall semester of any higher education entity in the history of the Permian Basin, and we’re so proud of that. And today we’re announcing with the Sewell family of companies, one of those 10,000 students will win $10,000 if their names are drawn, and we’re going to celebrate with them,” said OC President Dr. Gregory D.
