    Midland utility projects to close two roads

    MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – The City of Midland announced new utility projects that are set to begin on Monday, closing two portions of road.

    The City said that beginning on Monday, October 7, the following roads will be closed:

    • Carlton Street between College Avenue and Holloway Avenue.
    • “K” Street between Holloway avenue and College Avenue.

    The City of Midland added that the projects are expected to be completed by November 2024.
