did he know there was fentanyl in it? And how many did he take? Doubt it was just one. I disagree with this. If you go to the streets to get drugs, then it is your own fault. He may have been young, but knew better and yet did it anyway. I'm sorry he died. But giving this guy a bogus murder charge, is not going to bring him back.
