    ‘A better future:’ Dauphin County winery SpringGate plans to sell

    DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A popular winery in Dauphin County announced that changes are coming to the business.

    SpringGate Vineyards officials posted on Facebook that the business will be sold amidst a “financial reorganization.”

    “SpringGate has filed for financial reorganization which entails a sale,” the post reads.

    The change in ownership will bring “a better future” and is to ensure an orderly transition, the post states. For now, the business, located at 5790 Devonshire Road in Harrisburg, will stay open and operating as it has been.

    “We ask for you to continue to visit us, bringing friends and family, and enjoying our products and unique gathering places which will help support us during this transition,” the post reads.
