    Woman riding electric scooter taken to hospital after hit-and-run crash in York County

    YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A driver who hit a woman riding an electric scooter early Sunday morning in York County kept going after the crash, and police are trying to find them.

    West Manchester Police are investigating the hit-and-run crash that happened before 4 a.m. in front of the Chili’s at Delco Plaza on Carlisle Road, according to a news release Thursday.

    A woman was found on the ground in the middle of the road by police after they arrived. She was alert and answered questions from police before she was taken to the hospital.

    Police were told by the woman she was riding an electric scooter before she was hit by a vehicle. Police said they were able to find the scooter about a half mile from the crash scene.

    so they literally lawfully make scooters be on the road. so go to the state n tell em to change it the driver is 💯 responsible
