HERSHEY, Pa. (WHTM) — Two people are facing dozens of charges after police say they stole and used credit cards from vehicles parked in the lot at Hersheypark, and one of them is also charged in the July attack in the parking lot.

According to the charges filed by Derry Township Police, Huley Williams, 63, of New York, and Isabel Santos, 44, of Lycoming County, are accused of working together to steal and use the cards at different spots in the park, as well as area stores.

Suspect identified in attack at Hersheypark parking lot

In the first incident, Williams allegedly cut a person across the face when he was being confronted for going through the person’s vehicle in the parking lot around 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 27.

Williams approached the person while saying he didn’t take anything, and he struck them in the face, leaving the victim with a cut. Originally, police said that Williams used a knife but later changed it to a sharp object after learning the victims never saw a knife used.

Later that day, the victim’s card was used to try to buy a game console at a Target in Bensalem, police said.

Then, a few weeks later in August, police got a report about three credit cards and a couple hundred in cash stolen from a vehicle at the Hersheypark parking lot, according to the charges. Police saw numerous fraudulent purchases made at places in the park and different stores on the same day. Over $5,600 worth of purchases were made on her cards, police said.

Surveillance video captured Santos and other unidentified suspects buying stuff from Chocolate World, day passes, and even at a Target and Walmart in Lebanon, police said. The suspects would then be seen getting into a burgundy Chevrolet Avalanche that was registered to Santos.

Law enforcement in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, were given photos of the vehicle and Santos’ driver’s license, after finding out she was from the Garden State, the charges show. Police in NJ provided an arrest photo and report of an incident that Santos and Williams was involved in.
